Worship Indoors

Recognizing the current state of pandemic regarding the COVID-19 virus, we will endeavor to follow best practices and guidelines of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention and appropriate examples from our neighbors in Christ.

  1. Starting May 16, you can take off your mask for worship once seated in the sanctuary. Masks will still be necessary during singing or when entering or leaving the sanctuary and building. (Put simply: If you’re standing, wear a mask. If you’re sitting, you can take it off.)   We will have a small number of masks available for those who might forget to bring one.
  1. Only the East and West entrances will be open. The North door will remain locked.
  2. People are asked to arrive no more than 15 minutes before the service (9:15AM). At all times, people should make every effort to maintaining social distancing (6 feet from others).
  3. Seating will be every other row on the main floor and balcony. Seating spaces will be marked out.
    1. People who don’t live in the same household should sit in a seat which is clearly marked.
    2. Families from the same household can sit together without regard to seating spaces.
    3. The narthex is also set up for additional seating.
  4. Tithes and offerings will be collected in the plates in the narthex.
  5. Classroom A with a live-streaming TV will be open for overflow / cry room.
  6. Outdoor fellowship is encouraged. Masks are not required outdoors.
  7. The following Sunday morning activities will be available soon: Nursery, and coffee fellowship. Please do not be concerned with children in the worship area and the noise associated with them – we want them/you here! 😊
