How Do I Meet People?

Our church is not a place for spectators. It is a place for team members. Whether you are a five-year old child, a ninety-five year old grandmother, a busy mom, or a businessman with big responsibilities, we want you to be a part of our vibrant church community. Here is how you can learn, serve, and grow at this church.

Youth Education
Each Sunday morning, children get to participate in their own classes. Bible lessons are taught in such a way that every child gets to participate and learn. Each of the class teachers is carefully screened and trained in children’s instruction.
Son-Shine church is for children ages 3-10. Children are dismissed from worship around 10AM to go to their class where they will have a Bible lesson, a snack, and time to play.
Sunday school is directly after the worship service, from 10:45 – 11:10 AM.
  • A class for 3-10 year-old children
  • A class for Grades 5-8
  • A class for Grades 9-12
First and Third Tuesdays
Tuesday Fellowship Dinners: All ages are invited to break bread together from 5:15-6 pm on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month in the fellowship hall. Free-will donation. Please let us know if you can come, so we have enough food prepared.
J-Walkers: Children under the age of 10 are welcome to meet in the youth room for games, a Bible lesson, craft and snack at J-Walkers from 6-7 PM following our Tuesday Fellowship Dinners.

Adult Groups

After worship Sunday mornings, join a discussion group led by the pastor, talking through the sermon of the day and how to apply it. Also the opportunity to ask questions and to wonder!
2nd and 4th Tuesdays, from 6:30 – 8:00 PM, come and explore how to live as Christ-followers in the world today. All are welcome! Format usually includes viewing a video lesson followed by discussion and prayer.

Youth Groups
Middle school and High school youth will meet on the same night but in different areas. Meetings will be with the youth from The Living Well church and scheduled a couple times a month. This is an opportunity to make new friends, build relationships, and encourage one another in faith.
